About Me
I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and six years of experience in the field. My passion for mental health stems from a deep commitment to helping individuals cultivate emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, behavioral disorders, depression, parenting concerns, and social difficulties. I also have experience supporting military service members and their families as they navigate the unique stressors and transitions that come with military life.
My Approach to Therapy
My counseling style is warm, engaging, and client-centered. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. However, I recognize that every individual is unique, and I tailor each treatment plan to fit the specific needs and goals of my clients.
I believe that true transformation begins with self-awareness. Understanding the root of our challenges, recognizing triggers, and reshaping perspectives are essential steps in fostering emotional health.
